- How do I change my banking information?
You can notify CRPN of any changes to your banking information as follows:
- Through your online personal account, by attaching a photo or scan of your official banking information slip (“RIB”) to our contact form.
- Through the “Contact us” section of our website, by signing your official banking information slip (“RIB”) and attaching a photo or scan of it to our contact form.
- By mailing us a signed official banking information slip (“RIB”),
- Or your new bank can contact us

The official banking information slip (“RIB”) you submit must be under your own name.
CRPN will confirm receipt within 10 days and change your banking information as requested.
- What documents are required for my pension to be paid to another European country?
You will need to submit an official banking information slip (“RIB”) in SEPA format, showing your IBAN and BIC numbers.

- What documents are required for my pension to be paid to a country outside Europe?
You will need to submit an official banking information slip (“RIB”) showing the following information:
- Bank name,
- Full address of the bank including country,
- Identifier type (IBAN or BBAN),
- BIC code (no more than 11 characters),
- Account number (no more than 34 characters).
