To mitigate the raising of the statutory retirement age to 64 for the basic pension scheme, three new temporary benefits may be paid in addition to the CRPN retirement pension, subject to eligibility.
As a reminder, the CRPN already pays a temporary supplement, payment of which is automatically extended until the new statutory retirement age of the basic scheme; if you were born on or after 1st September 1961, payment of the current supplement is extended beyond the age of 62 and up to the statutory retirement age of the basic scheme.
Pursuant to the current legislation, depending on your profile (Employee/Retired), the CRPN provides you with:
- An explanatory page,
- An information guide listing all information about the timeframes and conditions of access,
- And, if you fulfil the conditions, 3 dedicated forms:
- Application for benefit 2 (doubling of the supplement – case of necessary insurance duration to benefit from a full-rate pension of the basic scheme),
- Application for benefit 3 paid after unemployment entitlements,
- Application for benefit 4 (doubling of the supplement in case of permanent unfitness for work).
