CRPN uses employers’ Individual Electronic Payroll Reports (DSN) to collect contributions and credit entitlements to members’ careers.
In 2020, in order to credit these entitlements and bring any outstanding contributions up to date, CRPN has uploaded two files for our employers to complete:
- All employers will need to fill out the 2020 periods off work (including partial employment) file (free credits to the member’s account),
- Employers with electronic payroll report (DSN) issues in 2020 will need to fill out a substitute 2020 days and wages report (credits to the member’s account on the basis of contributions).
For all employers
File used to credit partial employment and other qualifying periods off work to the member’s account free of charge
Employers are required to complete a file in order for their members’ periods off work, including periods of partial employment, to be credited to their CRPN pension accounts. We will be publishing the instructions and rules for filling out this form at a later date.
In addition, to take account of the new legal instruments that came out in late 2020, our informational guides on “Partial employment for air crew members due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus epidemic” and “Tabulating CRPN days” have been updated.
These informational guides are available for download on our website under the “Employer Documents” category.
For employers with electronic payroll report (DSN) issues in 2020
File for employers with electronic payroll report (DSN) issues
If issues have been identified with the electronic payroll reports (DSN) that you have submitted over the course of the year, CRPN can use this file to credit your air crew members’ 2020 days and wages to their accounts.
This file is available under Downloads/ Employer Documents/ Individual Electronic Payroll Report (DSN)/ Yearly file to submit for employers with DSN issues.
You will need to complete the file and email it back to us at employeurs@crpn.fr.

To assist you in setting up your software for DSN submissions, our instructional guides are available for download on our website under the “Employer Documents” category.
