To have the periods of unemployment of their flight crew members validated (including partial employment 2020), employers are asked to use each year the declaration service available in their dedicated space.
Declaration of periods of unemployment
The periods in question are as follows:
- partial employment with unpaid contributions for 2020 (see notice Rules relative to part-time work),
- maternity/paternity leave,
- adoption leave from 16/12/2021,
- unpaid periods of unemployment linked to alternate working time (see notice The alternating-work retirement program and CRPN ),
- parental leave taken in the form of alternate working time,
- redeployment leave and mobility leave from 16/12/2021.
These periods are counted in calendar days and are validated by the CRPN on the basis of the information submitted. They give rise to free validation in time and are added to flight crew members’ career records.
Within the framework of the alternate time retirement procedure, an annual schedule of the alternate time of flight crew members over the age of 50 must also be sent (see notice Annual alternate time schedule).
