The CRPN is continuing to go paperless with your documents.

The pension book has been online in your personal account for claims since July 1995, in the section “Pension claim”.

Additionally, the pension claim information letter, detailing the first payment made, is available to download from this same section, from the day after the meeting of the pensions validation committee, for pension claims, direct or survivors’, made from now on.

The pension document can be viewed in your personal account permanently, and the information letter for a period of 3 years from the claim.
