CRPN offers two types of social welfare programs:

“Standard” social welfare programs which you can apply for as a:

• Member employee, pensioner, or unemployment benefits claimant,
• Pensioner’s beneficiary or dependent on their date of death.

When you submit a written request, CRPN will send you back an application to complete and return. Before your case is examined by our social welfare board, a home visit will be conducted to assess your eligibility.

Three level 1 social welfare programs, which are awarded by CRPN on a priority timeframe:

• In-home services,
• Emergency housing assistance,
• Help with funeral expenses,
